Fishwife Smoked Salmon with Sweet & Spicy Zhong

To celebrate three years of our Fishwife and Fly By Jing partnership, we're releasing a limited-run gold-label edition of Smoked Salmon with Sweet & Spicy Zhong.

Founders Jing and Becca developed this product together and have loved it ever since. Now we're sharing it with you. Each tin pairs Fishwife's caramelized, tender, campfire-smoked salmon with Fly By Jing's sweet, tangy, spicy, and umami-rich Zhong sauce — a flavor-packed combination perfect for gifting or the holiday season.

Our smoked salmon is sourced directly from Kvarøy Arctic, the first finfish farm to carry Fair Trade USA certification, plus BAP, ASC, and Global G.A.P. certifications. Smoked in small batches over beech, maple, and birch wood, hand-packed, and canned by a fifth-generation family-run cannery on Washington's central coast.
