September 19th - October 26th, 2025
Catered Reception: 9/19 6-8pm, Local Artist Pop-up
Chris Granillo (b. 1982, Coachella Valley, CA) is a self-taught, San Francisco Bay Area fine artist, muralist, and printmaker. Early desert-life constraints shaped his inventive style—painting on found wood and thrift materials. Granillo’s work spans abstract, figurative, surreal, and folk elements, rooted in nature, mythology, and community resilience. Working across media—mural, print, sculpture, design—he has created meaningful public works like “You’re on Ohlone Land”, “Hands of Healing”, and Paint the Void, while exhibiting widely across Bay Area galleries. Influenced by street art culture, mythology, and peer muralists, Chris continues transforming communal spaces with vibrant, culturally resonant imagery.
