How to use (smoke-cleansing)

1. Light the tip for a few seconds, then gently blow out to let it smolder.

2. Hold over a fire-safe dish to catch embers; waft the smoke through rooms or around your body with intention.

3. To extinguish, press the lit end into sand or a fire-safe dish until fully out. Never leave burning items unattended; ventilate space.
